Design:

Our goal is to design thoughtful solutions to meet your needs while integrating your personal style and keeping your budget in mind. 

We provide complete services, including an interior designer on staff. We are available to work with your architect or designer to complete a project, or we can design it for you. 

We listen carefully to your ideas, concerns and requirements and work diligently to meet all of your needs.  We welcome and encourage your involvement in the design process. 

Pre-Construction:

Following completion of the design process, a complete set of working drawings are prepared and presented to the responsible city or county planning department to obtain all necessary permits and approvals.

Construction:

Our team of subcontractors is chosen for both their ability to reliably perform high quality work and their adherence to the same high standards as guide our efforts.  We have an established team, with full capabilities to do your project on a "turnkey" basis. 

We communicate with the home owner on a regular basis, clean the home so it is ready to move into when our work is completed, and warranty our construction.  We always respect you, your family, your property and your neighborhood.

Project Management:

Our goal with every project is for you to be involved, to the extent you want to be, throughout the process of creating your new or remodeled home, because we understand that when our work is done, it is your home.

Throughout the project, we will respond to your questions quickly and courteously, making sure to assist you in making informed decisions.  We will provide you with a project timetable and a complete set of plans for your records. 

We understand the importance of both budgets and schedules and respect both.  We take responsibility for our work and the work of our subcontractors.
